The Kenya North Coast has a warm tropical climate and a serene and pristine white beaches segmented into Nyali, Bamburi, Shanzu and Kikambala. Mombasa is the second largest City in Kenya and is a coastal city in southeastern Kenya along the Indian Ocean. It was the first capital of British East Africa, before Nairobi was elevated to capital status in 1907. The town is known as “the white and blue city” in Kenya due to the building being painted in white and blue. The North Coast offers various unique and exciting dining spots like the Moorings Floating Restaurant and the Tamarind Dhow Lunch and Dinner Cruise that presents varied cuisines from seafood to Continental. The Haller Park located at Bamburi is another fun site to visit and able to witness the feeding of Crocodiles, Hippos, Tortoise and Giraffes. The Park is also home to a buffalo, Elands, Oryx and a group of waterbirds like Eagles, Herons, Egrets, Cormorants. It also serves as a great recreation place for both the tourists and locals. The Nature Park is the transformation of a quarry wasteland into an ecological area.
